Exeter Country House Division
Established in Exeter in 1985, the country house agency, directors of which are Charles Lawson, Edward Tallack and Michael Clark, specialise in the sale of country and coastal property; together with Graham Dixon dealing with the Exeter town-house market.
Properties include cottages, country houses, farmhouses, holiday cottage complexes, coastal retreats and exclusive town-houses. The Exeter office covers Devon, including East Devon, Mid Devon, West Devon, the South Hams, Dartmoor, Torbay, Plymouth and Exeter.

Exeter Land & New Homes Division
Marking an expansion to the office in 2010, we opened a specialist Development Land & New Homes division, recruiting a team from another well-known national agency in Exeter.
The team covers Devon & Cornwall, providing consultancy and agency advice on Residential and Mixed Use Development Land; together with advising and marketing a variety of new developments, including city centre apartments and town-houses, family housing in country and coastal locations, and stunning waterside and coastal second home developments.
