We are very excited about the opening of our second Balham Office which opened on 6th June in Balham Station Road. Our success over the last 20 years means that we have literally run out of space at 115, Balham High Road. We have painstakingly been carrying out a complete refurbishment of the premises, of which we are very proud.
However, we will never forget our roots and will still continue to cover all areas of Balham. These include The Nightingale Triangle, The Hyde Farm Estate, The Heaver Estate and The Boundaries Grid - areas where we have always been strong and possess an intimate local knowledge.
The transport links from Balham both into and out of town are virtually unrivalled having both the Northern Line Underground and Network Rail stations.
There is a wide choice of schools, both independent and state including Ravenstone, Telferscott, Broomwood Hall and Thomas’s.
In recent years Balham has seen an exponential rise of independent shops, bars and restaurants which has contributed to Balham being voted one of the 'Top Five’' places to live in London by ‘The Sunday Times best places to live’ guide.
