In addition to our membership of The Property Ombudsman Scheme, Jacksons are also members of ARLA Propertymark and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Both these organisations have strict codes of conduct that we have to subscribe to. RICS also supply us with client money protection insurance, which is something that we believe should be industry standard.
Rather than taking our fees in advance, we work in partnership with our landlords by allowing them to pay their letting fees monthly.
