The 220 acre Clapham Common is only a short walk with it’s three ponds, the imposing Holy Trinity Church, The Windmill Public House and Hotel, and it’s iconic Victorian Band Stand. There are many recreational facilities including cinder football pitches, hard tennis courts and cricket nets.

Transport into Central London is provided by the Northern Line Underground Stations at Clapham Common and Clapham South with the facility to change at Stockwell onto the Victoria Line.
