She has also studied and gained a qualification in surveying which she achieved at Brighton University, and is highly organised, fair, hardworking and committed to giving clients a good service with a personal touch.

    Catrina has worked in lettings for over 16 years and has a huge amount of experience. She is a great communicator and loves nothing more that matching the perfect tenant with a property. Lettings is certainly her passion and she enjoys valuing properties getting them on the market and then finding great tenants to move in. After years of working in the music industry in Artist & Repertoire and Band Management and travelling the world extensively she has certainly learnt how to look after people from all walks of life and has brought that knowledge to John Hiltons. Catrina worked with Jo-Ann the lettings manager in 2008 and is thrilled to be back working with her again.

    Vicky has a wealth of experience with dealing with all types of people and has always maintained a professional and honest approach. She is extremely hard working and will always go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and nothing is too much trouble. She has managed a Village shop and a busy Main Post Office and her organisational skills and accuracy when dealing with all types of administration are second to none. She joined us in 2014 and is a valued highly motivated member of our team. Vicky currently works part-time behind the scenes ensuring the smooth running of the business.

    I have been in the lettings industry since April 2014 where I started as a home guide working for Leaders, mainly carrying out viewings and dealing with applicant enquiries. I quickly progressed to a lettings negotiator within six months and moved to their busy branch on Western Road in Brighton where I was much more involved with dealing with landlords and tenants. I also completed several training courses about the legalities of lettings. I left Leaders in March 2018 and joined The Property Pod as their Senior Lettings Negotiator where I was the main contact for any new business and managed a portfolio of around 130 properties in Brighton and London. I also have completed the Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management with ARLA. I have since joined John Hilton in September 2022 as a Property Manager and am excited to be part of the team.

    Rebecca started out in property after graduating in 2018 from the University of Brighton. She started out as a sales administrator/negotiator at Fox and Sons, but after the first lock down she wanted to take on a new challenge within the industry. Rebecca moved to Arun Estates as a trainee property coordinator in the property management department and within a year had received two promotions making a senior property coordinator looking after a large portfolio and a team of four. Working in different sectors of the industry in large corporate companies Rebecca has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience across the board dealing with a wide range of situations. Joining John Hiltons in April Rebecca continues to work with her portfolio in an empathetic and caring manner. She likes to get things done quickly and see results, providing great service making sure everyone feels happy and listened to. Rebecca is now enjoying taking over her new portfolio and getting to know her properties, landlords and tenants.
