The Company
Since opening in Chandler’s Ford in 1999 Jonathan Rees Property Services has grown consistently and we now offer a dynamic and expanding sales department and an unrivalled lettings service. With the added benefit of our associated office in Park Lane, Jonathan Rees’ clients also have exposure to the vital London and international markets. Early in 2010, in response to the increase in demand for village and character homes, we opened a second branch in the market town of Romsey thereby expanding our coverage of the affluent mid Hampshire property market.

Marketing
Your property will be professionally marketed from both of our offices using the latest technology to target the widest audience of potential homemovers. Our state of the art computer software matches applicants to properties immediately a property becomes live, so not a moment is lost in attracting interest from the target market.

Many enquiries come from property websites which include rightmove.co.uk and our own website jonathanrees.com. Good enquiries still come from more traditional sources and so we regularly advertise in the local press including the Hampshire Chronicle, the News Extra and the Romsey Advertiser.

First impressions count and a quality sales brochure is important in order to show the property off to its best advantage. We use professional printers to prepare these incorporating digital photography and detailed floorplans. The full brochure is available to view on the internet.

Viewings are accompanied by one of our trained staff and these will be followed up with constructive feedback. Once agreement has been reached, we will give you regular reports on progress right through to moving day.
