    Anna Martin, MNAEA, MARLA - Director
    I'm the owner and valuer at Key2go, and most importantly the first person you will meet in the process of selling or renting your home. 

    I began my career at AVIVA (formerly Norwich Union) in financial services, and subsequently joined an IFA practice where I qualified as a mortgage adviser.  In 2006 I joined Keypoint Mortgage Solutions where I worked alongside my husband, Richard Martin. 

    I became involved in the running of Key2go in 2012. Using my extensive knowledge and excellent customer relations, I have helped grow Key2go into one of the top estate agents in our area.  I've really worked hard to gain extensive knowledge and understanding of the local housing market as well as obtaining my Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and Residential Letting & Property Management.

    I definitely bring a cheerful enthusiasm as well as efficiency and professionalism to the business. When I'm given time to relax, I like reading, going to the cinema, running and the occasional spa break.

    Richard Martin cert CII (MP)
    I'm Richard Martin, owner and driving force behind Key2go. I am passionate about our business, with a keen eye for attention to detail, and am responsible for managing my team on a daily basis.

    My career began working for the international accountancy practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers where, in 2001, I qualified in record time as a financial adviser. My career qualifications and sound business knowledge led me to set up my own mortgage practice in 2004. Since then, I have spent my time in the mortgage industry and have a wealth of knowledge and experience of the property and mortgage markets.

    I am one of the in-house mortgage advisers here at Key2go. As well as director of the business, I'm passionate about ensuring and driving the ethos of Key2go within my team, and extremely proud of all our achievements and the success of the business. It's not all work! 

    Outside of business hours, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my children, the occasional drink with friends and meals out with my wife. The only way for me to revitalise is with a great family holiday!

    Holly Lockwood - Sales Administrator
    I joined Key2go in July 2013 under a government apprenticeship scheme and am now a full-time member of the team, having completed my Level 2 in Business and Administration. I'm now busy working towards Level 3 as well as the Technical Award in the Sales of Residential Property. 

     My role is sales administrator and my goal is to ensure that all my hard work and ambition enables me to become a negotiator whilst working alongside Key2go's Sales Negotiator, Kitty Walker. 

    I have always had a passion for property and the most important lessons I have learned through working at Key2go is to keep everyone informed and be honest. Outside work I love walking my dogs, and hitting the dance floor whenever I get the chance.

    Nicole Ellis - Mortgage Adviser CEMAP
    Nicole initially joined Key2go Estate agents working in the Sales and Lettings side of the business whilst studying for her Mortgage Adviser Qualifications. She has since moved over to Keypoint Mortgage Solutions after gaining her CeMap qualification. She now works alongside Richard and Bob as a Mortgage Adviser and is really enjoying meeting people and helping them with their finances throughout the Mortgage process.Nicole has always worked in a financial services environment. She started her career with Bradford & Bingley and then Norwich Union where she specialised in Life insurance, Income Protection and Private medical insurance. After having children, Nicole then worked for the largest payroll provider for the NHS in HR Management for a number of years. When Nicole isn't working she loves spending time with her two daughters. She likes to balance with some grown-up time; She really enjoys socialising with friends, having meals out and of course shopping (doesn't every girl?). An interesting fact about Nicole: Nicole appeared on an episode of 'Last of the summer wine' and has ate with Gino D'Acampo.

    Emma Bingham - Valuer and Sales Negotiator 
    Emma became a member of the Key2go team in the summer of 2016. For the last 10 years, Emma has worked as a lettings/ accounts manager for a small business working daily with students and professionals. Currently working towards becoming a senior valuer and working alongside our director Anna, Emma will be the one with the camera, taking shots of your property to bring them to market. Emma will also be here to assist with viewings in our busy periods. After bringing up her son and working as a full time hairdresser, she found her feet working in the property industry. In her spare time, she loves to take long scenic walks and to spend quality time with family and friends. Cleaning her house and shopping are a necessity but a night down the local or Sheffield town will always be Emma's favorite hobby. An interesting fact about Emma: Emma has shrunk by ¼ inch since turning 30!

    Bradley Fisher - Sales Negotiator 
    Bradley is part of the sales team working closely alongside Holly and Emma. Bradley has worked for corporate and independent estate agents in the past and feels comfortable here at Key2go. Bradley started off his property career as an apprentice with an independent company and carried out his NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration. Bradley is hoping to start his Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property NAEA. From starting at Key2go in October 2015, his job role is to ensure that he provides our clients with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with property sales. He is the first point of contact for all incoming enquires to the business. In Bradleys spare time, he likes going out socialising with friends and family and like all men, Bradley is a keen sports fan. He loves watching football and Formula 1, being a big Manchester United and Lewis Hamilton fan. An interesting fact about Brad: Brad loves F1 that much, he has attended the last 13 British Grand Prix's

    Chelsea is our Lettings administrator, she deals with customer enquiries and provides extra support when needed alongside her colleagues, especially throughout the busy periods. Chelsea joined Key2go in December 2015 under an apprenticeship scheme and is currently completing her Level two and three in Business and Administration. Chelsea most importantly plays a vital part within the Administration department on a day to day basis, supporting the rest of the Key2go family. After school, Chelsea studied Aviation at Sheffield City College and after working in retail part time felt it was time for a change. Chelsea strives to complete hers NVQs and learn more and more each day about the industry to develop within the company. In Chelsea's spare time she enjoys nights out with friends, shopping and the occasional night away. Chelsea loves to get dressed up and her favourite accessory is her fake tan! Interesting fact about Chelsea: She was named after the famous football team!

    Morgan Oates - Administrator 
    Morgan is part of the admin team here at Key2go. She started here at the beginning of June 2016 and is currently working towards her business and admin level 2 under an apprenticeship scheme. Morgan will be the first face you see in our office, working on reception and meeting and greeting our customers. Morgan works alongside the sales and rentals teams and makes sure they have everything they need to make our customers happy. After leaving school Morgan studied A-Level Sociology, Psychology and Biology. After a few months Morgan realised this wasn't for her and completed a course at a Media makeup academy. Out of work hours, Morgan loves spending time with family and friends and going out when she can. Going on holiday's and travelling to new places is her favourite thing to do! Morgan enjoys keeping fit and is part of a martial arts academy. Morgan is looking forward to the future here at Key2go to develop and progress within the company and learn as much as she can about the industry.     Geoff Martin - EPC Assessor and Accompanied Viewer
    When we talk about family run, family is exactly what we mean. Geoff is the father of Director of Richard Martin. Being a retired police man and former business owner, Geoff joined the team in 2014 and helps out with any out of office appointments he can. From inspections and inventories to viewings and photos, Geoff is now our very own in house EPC assessor carrying out all our EPCs and making the Key2go service as efficient as possible. With a full knowledge of property and a history of the law, Geoff helps out all the staff hear at Key2go with any issues that may arise. Geoff love to spends his spare time in the pub and loves anything to do with cars. Geoff loves to travel and has visited many countries and is always planning his next venture. Interesting fact about Geoff: Geoff is the biggest kid amongst us and has visited Disney Land over 25 times since turning 40!

    Bob Palfreyman - Finance and Protection Adviser
    Bob joined Keypoint Mortgage Solutions working alongside Key2go as an adviser in October 2014. He is very passionate about giving the best quality and honest advice to his clients. Although he is relatively new to being an independent mortgage adviser, he has come to the business with a great knowledge of mortgages as a whole. Bob has had a varied career starting off with serving the country when he left school at seventeen. He joined the British Army and served for five and a half years before deciding to settle down. In 2006 he joined Lloyds Banking Group where he worked on Halifax mortgages before leaving to begin his career as an independent adviser at Keypoint- He haven't looked back since! Out of work Bob is very active and family-orientated. His weekends are spent out on walks with his family and his springer spaniel Bella. Bob and his wife enjoy socializing and many Saturday nights are spent with friends having a meal and a well-earned drink. An interesting fact about Bob: He has met Princess Anne twice!
