We are proud to be Sheringham’s longest established Estate Agents offering an unrivalled level of local knowledge and expertise. This is so important when selling property to applicants from other parts of the country. The office is managed by Clive Hedges. Clive was born in Sheringham, and has been with Keys for all of his professional career totalling some 36 years, 10 of which as a Partner of the company. He was educated at Paston Grammar School and studied Property Valuation at Norwich City College. He became manager of the Sheringham Office in 1981 and was awarded a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1988.
Clive is joined by assistant manager Paul Winterbourne who was also born in Sheringham and attended Paston Grammar School. Paul joined the Sheringham Office in 1991 and was awarded a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1994.
Gayle Baxter, our receptionist and secretary, joined Keys in 1986. Gayle has lived in Sheringham since she was two! The final members of our property team are Barry Smith, who has been with us now for eight years having previously worked as a local detective within the Police, and Rose Glaister, who joined us this year with previous estate agency experience. Barry and Rose carry out many of our accompanied viewings in addition to other property related duties.
Valuing property is based on the local experience of the property valuer together with as much comparable sales evidence as possible. Statistics show that through our determination, local knowledge and dedication, Keys regularly sell more property in the Sheringham area than any other Estate Agent and this provides us with this evidence.
Our superb Property Showroom is located in the very centre of Sheringham. We are able to display all our properties in comfortable surroundings with areas designated specifically for Customers to browse and even use our dedicated Internet Desk for personal property searches. We have a sound proof interview room where Sellers and Buyers may discuss their specific property requirements in complete privacy, & we even cater for the children with a custom made play table in our showroom.
