    Kudos Residential is an independent Sales & Letting Agent located in Norwich with offices located East close to the Norfolk Broads in the village of Brundall, on the East Coast in Great Yarmouth and South of Norwich in Poringland.     Having been involved in the Norfolk Property Industry for nine years, I have created a Multi-Office Estate Agency with offices covering The Norfolk Broads, South Norfolk and the East Coast. Starting my career as an Office Junior for an established independent estate agent, I progressed until the company closed during the tough times of 2008. Kudos literally means 'acclaim or praise for exceptional achievement,' and since the opening of Kudos Residential in 2009 we have fast become a prominent and well respected licensed estate agency. I hold a membership with the National Association of Estate Agents to further reinforce my dedication and expertise within the estate agency industry.

    Having spent most of my working life in sales, I started my career in London. I know what it takes to be able to achieve our client's goals and dreams. The opportunity presented itself to move back to Norfolk, to manage a branch of Kudos Residential, and I jumped at the chance. After previously working for corporate Estate Agents, I am proud I can now offer high levels of customer service, and work for a company that installs a caring and professional ethos in its entire staff. After over thirty years of buying and selling houses I still find my passion for property burns brightly!

    Having been involved in sales since 2009, I joined Kudos Residential in 2012 as a Property Consultant. Having gained an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, I am able to competently display high levels of customer service when dealing with all aspect of my role. I take a great deal of pride in providing the highest levels of service on a daily basis when dealing with both Vendors and Applicants. I am currently undertaking a training to obtain membership with the National Association of Estate Agents to further my knowledge within the Estate Agency industry.

    Pippa Lainsbury, Lettings Manager
    Starting work within the Norwich Magistrate's Court upon leaving school, eventually I became the first female Fines Enforcement Officer in the UK before taking a career break to raise my family. I subsequently worked within the NHS for 12 years, until I decided to seek a new career challenge and moved into Estate Agency during 2012. As Lettings Property Manager/Central Administrator I can utilise all my previous customer service experience and secretarial skills to offer all my clients a high and professional level of service. As I was taught to always treat others as I would wish to be treated myself I utilise this ethos and draw on my vast previous experience and skill to ensure that both the Lettings and Administration side of Kudos Residential are given my very best attention at all times.

    I graduated from Chichester University with a BA HONS in Business Management. I have been working in estate agency since 2012. I have a lot of previous customer service experience which I utilise within the role which helps me to ensure that my clients are treated to a high standard of customer service. I grew up around property and have obtained work experience within many aspects of the property industry within the last few years. I have recently joined the Lettings department within Kudos Residential manage the property portfolio. I am constantly looking to expand my knowledge and important skills within the property industry, whilst ensuring that our landlords and tenants get the best quality of service at all times.

    I have been working in Estate Agency since 2011, and recognised Kudos Residential as a market leading agency which fitted my ideals of honesty and integrity. After working as a Property Consultant I was given the opportunity to manage the Great Yarmouth branch, where I gained membership with the National Association of Estate Agents. I decided to explore the valuation side of Estate Agency and stepped into the role of Assistant Property Valuer to help as the company grew with the opening of further branches and a busy diary. I am currently undergoing extensive training across a variety of properties and assisting the launch of new properties.
