Why rent from us?
We've been around for over 25 years and know a lot about renting and what tenants need. If something goes wrong you need it fixed quickly which is why we've got our own repairs team and great gas supplier contracts. We look after our homes and make sure they're the very best quality they can be - which means you can relax and enjoy your home with minimum hassle.
We're also flexible and will happily talk to you about paying your rent. The team are a friendly bunch who will always get back to you when they say they will.

Our ServiceOur homes comply with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) which means they're safe and it goes without saying we test your gas every year. We also fit new door locks every time there's a new tenant so you can feel safe knowing no-one else has access to your home. We'll keep your deposit safe too and we're a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
