Started in August 1997 by Martin Lonsdale to offer residents of Thackley, Idle & North Bradford a new local office to sell or rent out their properties, the business has grown substantially.
Having worked in the insurance industry for 23 years, finally setting up as an Independent Insurance agent, the business developed into Property Management and then into residential sales. A decision was made to focus on estate agency fully and the business has grown greatly.
The business now employs two ladies with vast experience of financial services behind them called Julie Chandler & Oriel Wladarz. Between them they are negotiators for selling and also handle the lettings, with Julie Chandler acting as Lettings Manager.
We handle residential sales & lettings, along with acting for new build developments in the local area.
