    BSc (Hons) Building Surveyor, MNAEA Qualified, MARLA, ARIPM, MBA 

    Erica has been letting property since 1995 and has worked in the property industry since 1999. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge in property management (block management, freehold management and lettings). She has undertaken more lettings legal training than she cares to remember. She has a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the College of Estate Management, the world's leading surveyor educator. She uses her MBA (with distinction) to provide all-encompassing marketing to the highest standard for all our clients.  She is passionate about high-quality customer service and ensures all our clients are treated as individuals.  In her spare time, Erica is a trustee of two charities and relaxes by playing the piano and gardening.

    Mike Townend | Company Director
    Originally from a retailing and customer services background, Mike has many years' experience of sales, marketing and business development and was most recently managing a purpose-built accommodation block housing 200 students. In his spare time, Mike volunteers as an Area Board Member of Young Enterprise, the largest business and education charity in the UK. He is a member of Sonning Golf Club and plays as often as possible!

    With a strong background in sales and marketing, Rosemary understands all about excellence in customer service. Herself a landlord, Rosemary understands the importance of the many aspects in lettings. Rosemary is highly trained in both sales and lettings, and she currently heads up the lettings team. Rosemary's management roles in large UK corporates have equipped her to handle all property situations with the attention to detail and good communication that clients require. Rosemary's hobbies include walking her dog, Stanley, and cooking.
