      • Before we can proceed to market, our terms of business will require signing and a property information questionnaire completing
      Property on the market
      • Your distinctive McField Residential 'FOR SALE' sign will then be fixed in an appropriate place
      • Your property details will be uploaded to www.mcfieldresidential.co.uk, www.rightmove.co.uk and www.zoopla.co.uk
      • It is now vital to keep your home clean and tidy ready for viewings - remember kerb appeal and first impressions really do count
      • We will carry out accompanied viewings on your behalf, if you wish - there is no additional fee for this. Buyers tend to be a lot more relaxed having an agent do at least the first viewing
      Whilst you are live on the market
      • You need to let us know of any changes to the property, including decorations for us to continue to advertise your property accurately
      An offer is made
      • When an offer is made on your property, we will contact you as soon as we can, this is where our skills really do kick-in, the negotiation process starts, we will spend as much time as it takes to ensure we get the best offer that is acceptable for you
      • Before you formally accept an offer, rest assured that we will financially qualify, and chain check your buyer - speaking to all estate agents involved in the chain
      An Offer is accepted

      James is a family man, who has lived in Hove Edge with his wife and two children since 2011. He enjoys caravanning and goes away as often as his busy working schedule allows. 

      Having spent many years working for local estate agents in Brighouse and surrounding areas, the time came for James to branch out and expand his expertise, he joined the McField team in October 2018, where he knew he could provide the best service to his clients.

      He has vast experience working across Calderdale, which means he has the local knowledge needed to be able to accurately assess and market properties for sale and to let
