Introduction
Richard GreenhamRichard comes from a background of Chartered Surveyors and property specialists. He started his career working for a large national chain of estate agents based just outside Manchester city centre before joining Meller Braggins in April 2000.
From here Richard has gained huge experience of the area in general and over the years has dealt with a wide variety of properties from the sale of a Water Tower to the house built and lived in by Sir Henry Royce of Rolls Royce fame in Knutsford.

Simon MiddletonSimon started his agency career in 2000 working for Savills PLC in Lincolnshire dealing with properties in the upper quartile of the market. He relocated to Cheshire in 2006 to open the Savills Wilmslow office. Prior to working for Meller Braggins Simon was a regional Director for Fine and Country based in the Knutsford office.
Simon has developed an expertise in the sale of country houses and prestige homes in South Manchester and Cheshire, he is also a specialist not only in the sale of residential property but also in the marketing of development sites, new homes and farms, by private treaty, auction and informal tender.
