      Do not be too specific or set in your ways!

      Keep your search criteria loose or you might miss out on your ideal home. Many buyers begin with a very rigid list of what they want - and by the time they buy a property they have very much relaxed their own ideas about what they wanted!

      Get out and view!

      There is no doubt of the importance of the internet and the information it can give us; but nothing replaces the feeling that you get when you enter a building! Do not rely too much on the photographs taken by the selling agent - go along and make up your own mind.

      Having over 40 years experience in Estate Agency in the Solihull area Melvyn was one of the founding partners of the business in 1990. Melvyn oversees the day to day running of the company and is based at our Solihull office.
