    Rob Higgit - Director
    It was early on during his rugby career at Bristol that Rob established an interest in property. Over the next 6 years at the club he intertwined the worlds of professional rugby and property. On the pitch, Bristol progressed from National One in to the Premiership finishing 3rd in 2007 and qualification for the Heineken Cup ensued. Off the pitch by 2008 Rob had overseen property renovations, refurbishment and redesign. A move west into Wales saw him sign for the Scarlets and base himself in Cardiff. This presented a new property market and was the catalyst for setting up a property investment company with former fellow Bristol players Joe El-Abd, Olly Kohn, and Joe Horn-Smith. Only a few years after the company's inception, Rob hung up the rugby boots in 2011 and diverted his professional capabilities into managing the company. This quickly expanded into property management, setting up Rocket Residential, for fellow landlords disillusioned with their current standard of service. This has grown rapidly and now manages landlords' portfolios across south east Wales. In 2019, Rob's latest venture is teaming up with another ex-Bristol colleague, Danny Gray, and launching a property company in Bristol in Wapping Wharf.

    Jamie Gray - Director
    Jamie's real estate career began in the Middle East, and over an 8-year period, launched and delivered development projects in Dubai, Sharjah, Oman and Lebanon and achieving over $500m in gross sales. Jamie completed his Middle East venture by heading up one of the fastest growing real estate agencies in Dubai with an investment arm that oversaw $600m in transactions. During his tenure in Dubai, Jamie also graduated in Real Estate Development with George Washington University and achieved 3 international rugby caps for Lebanon. Jamie left the UAE to join hands with his brother, Daniel, and to focus on the family property development businesses, specialising in the development of student accommodation and residential projects with over 32,000 sqft in student stock and an asset base of over £7m. Whilst growing the development business Jamie and Daniel used their collective experiences and skill sets to launch NEXA Properties, a unique and Dubai styled estate agency, which is now in its early growth stages.

    Daniel Gray - Director
    Daniel's real estate career began during his time as a professional rugby player for Bristol rugby club. Daniel has always had a keen interest in property development and design, and undertook his first acquisition and refurbishment on a 2 bedroom flat in Bristol where he began a string of smaller scale property developments during a 12 year rugby career, adding value through re-design and refurbishment. Daniel acquired a considerable portfolio across the south-west of England over this time, building equity in to each property and retaining the assets as investments. Daniel finished his professional rugby career in Worcester in 2012 where he completed his final and biggest personal property development, before trading on his portfolio and joining his brother Jamie to combine their expertise and start building the family property business together. The next 4 years saw rapid growth for the two brothers as they went from a single student rental property to what is now a portfolio of over 118 luxury student units across 32,000 sq ft of buildings in prime city centre locations. Born out of frustration with the poor service that the average English real estate agency offered, Daniel and Jamie decided to combine their collective experiences and skill sets to launch NEXA Properties, a unique and Dubai styled real estate agency, which is now in its early growth stages.

    Laura Joyce - Client Director
    Laura started her estate agency career in 2014 at the UK leading estate agents in London as a lettings Negotiator, she quickly became an associate lettings negotiator where she became the number one in her division and within the Top 5 in the company. Then in 2018 Laura moved onto become a valuer before rapidly rising to become a Manager, and therefore becoming one of the youngest Managers ever within the company. This gave Laura a vast knowledge of the London property marketplace and the experience of working in the busiest housing marketplace in the country.

    Laura is ARLA qualified which has only added and grown her knowledge of the property marketplace.       Will Martin - Client Director
      Will has over 6 years of experience in the estate agency world and has developed a strong passion for the industry. His career began in 2014 as a sales negotiator at one of London's leading corporate firms. He quickly became one of the top sales professionals in the Battersea office by consistently hitting targets which consequently led to his promotion to senior sales negotiator within his first year.

      In 2017, he joined a smaller independent company in South-West London which allowed him to branch out and explore the other side of the estate agency world. He was able to carry out sales and lettings valuations and in 2018/19 focussed more heavily on lettings. As a senior lettings consultant, Will achieved the highest banked month in September of £56,000 for the Battersea Park office.
