    From the start when you visited the flat to value there was clearly no contest with contacts I had made with other estate agents in the area. He was both professional and extremely helpful in what he had to say and advice about putting the flat on the market. I must say too that he was extremely mindful of the fact that this was my late mother's home and therefore sensitivity was called for.

    I cannot say that it was a smooth passage once the flat was put on the market. Despite a firm commitment within weeks from potential buyer, delays outside Newton Fallowell's and my own control played a significant part, but in the interim your team were both helpful and proactive in their approach. This applies to everyone I had dealings with.

    It is only right that I should specifically mention Gavin here. He provided a reassuring link between me, the buyer and both solicitors involved. Nothing was too much trouble and he took many of the practical arrangements to comply with the buyers' wishes out of my hands. He just 'got on with it' successfully too and made me believe it was just the norm.

    Today, completion was achieved. There have been no 'extras' on the bill for all the additional work involved and I am left feeling content and happy to recommend Newton Fallowell unreservedly.
