One of Zak's most notable successes was in 2020, when Newton Fallowell Leicester, (Part of the Belvoir Group PLC ) Benefitted from the group's alliance with the Nottingham Building society, and acquired both the sales and rental properties within Leicester, which transformed the business's adding a further 400 properties to the portfolio, and in turn agreed to share office space in both the Wigston and the City centre branches, this compliments the existing high street locations in Oadby, Leicester Forest East, Syston and the newly opened office in Earl Shilton.
In his spare time Zak isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty and enjoys taking on a renovation project himself. With Zak's personal experience, and the help of a few handy men he is able to completely transform a property maximising on space, and finishing to a high quality. This is a skill which Zak is able to transfer to his valuations and see's the potential in all properties and can advise both sellers and buyers on how to make the most of the space.
