I have lived in and around Retford for my entire life and myself, my wife and our three sons are proud to call the town our home.

I moved into Estate Agency in 2013 and, after becoming qualified with the National Federation of Property Professionals, quickly progressed to become the sales manager & valuer at Newton Fallowell, one of the largest high street estate agencies in Retford.

Since entering the industry, I have become one of the areas most respected authorities on both the local property market & property values. I am well known locally for my innovative and forward-thinking approach to property marketing and exploring new avenues to get properties noticed and I realised long before the other local agents the power of social media and through #theretfordestateagent page, I have become the most followed estate agent on facebook in Retford.

Wow - we were on the receiving end of a mix of excellent house selling skills and top class customer service. I would give more stars if I could. Quick sale and a great price to pay for this. Our house was previously on the market for 12 months with only one viewer and no sale. So we changed agents. Mark Nicholson came to see us and prepared a new brochure complete with aerial photos. We sold our house in a month. Throughout that time, Mark rang every week to give us updates. He also constantly rotated the photos on our online advert to attract different viewers.
