Who we are- Nova Haus is a digital property consultancy specialising in residential sales, lettings and Property Management. We were founded by Luke and Tom who worked together and separately at some of London's biggest and well-known high-street agencies.
What is a digital agent? We are not a high street agent meaning we do not have a walk in office. We have an office hub where our agents and team connect and interact, sharing ideas, applicants, properties, and marketing strategies.
We focus our attention on building relationships and utilising all possible marketing strategies and portals for our properties. We encourage our agents to be flexible and be out and about in London getting to know the areas we work in and meeting people.
Our area of expertise is giving honest and realistic valuations and then following up with a well thought out marketing strategy. We pay attention to which photographer to use depending on style of house and some of its defining features. We advertise all of our properties on social media and again tailor marketing materials for each of these platforms. We utilise speed tours, more detailed video walkthroughs along with tailored property descriptions to ensure we stand out on all online property portals.
Why are we different? We operate in a fiercely competitive industry dominated by some huge corporate companies. Whilst we are results driven, we do not believe that shiny suits and aggressive sales techniques are the only way. We are determined to bring a high level of service and transparency to the way we operate. Honesty is at the core of our business and mission statement. We are different in many ways and would love a chat to explain in more detail but to summarise we have listed some areas below

Property ManagementOne of our specialities at Nova Haus is property management. We offer tailored property management services as we firmly believe there is no one size fits all approach to management.
Why should I have my property managed? Property management is often overlooked in the rental process. Dealing with tenants arranging compliance, licenses, deposit protection and maintenance can be very stressful and time consuming. Having your property managed relieves you of all of that stress. Having a well maintained rental property is vital in terms of maximising its value and longevity.
Why is your management different? one of the main differences between us and 'most' other agents is that we have an in-house maintenance team. That means we have access to an in-house team of highly skilled engineers who can cover most trades. This allows us to offer reduced rate call out charges of £60+VAT this will save on average 20% on every maintenance visit. Having the maintenance department in house also means we can offer the most efficient service in terms of speed of quotations and communications. We are a small tight knit team with years of experience, our mission statement of going above and beyond is perhaps most evident in our property management department. How much does it cost? Our managed service is 4%+VAT per month and includes free rent collection.
