    We have a friendly knowledgeable team who are always happy to help and offer assistance and advice in making your move go as smoothly as possible.

    Our application fee is £100 plus vat per tenant which includes a landlord reference, an employment reference and a full credit check.

    You also pay part of your deposit upfront of £250 which will go towards your whole deposit. This is called a holding deposit. By paying your holding deposit we are able to cancel any future viewings on the property whilst your references are being processed.

    Having viewed a few properties via Palmer & Partners our agent suggested we view another property he thought we might be interested in, despite it not being in line with our original criteria.
