Having viewed a few properties via Palmer & Partners our agent suggested we view another property he thought we might be interested in, despite it not being in line with our original criteria. We decided to purchase and our offer was accepted and we could not fault the service and professionalism we received from everyone, so we were very interested in speaking to Jon Gallop and his team once we had exchanged and completed regarding renting our property to tenants. We exchanged and completed on the Friday, arranged a meeting with Jon the following Monday and following our discussions agreed to sign the Terms & Conditions of Business. We were advised they were showing the property to potential tenants on the Tuesday and we received a phone call on the Wednesday informing us of their offer to rent the property within two weeks for a minimum of two years. We are extremely impressed with the service and communication we have received from the team both prior and subsequent to the tenants moving in as Palmer & Partners are now managing the tenancy on our behalf.
