HMO: (Houses in Multiple Occupation). Anyone renting property today to more than 2 unrelated individuals need to ensure they familiarise themselves with this new legislation. Councils require owners to obtain licenses on certain property. The penalties for non compliance are incredibly high. We offer a full dedicated service from advice to undertaking the necessary works to ensure you donít fall foul of this.
Planning & Development: For the last 5 years we have been advising clients across the Midlands on planning issues and assisting them in maximising their assets be it a brown field site, a barn/s, an empty field, an industrial estate, obtaining change of use and many other areas.
