How it all began..........Our story began back in 1973, when Peter's first venture into the property industry saw him take up a post at a local estate agency before moving on to one of the U.K's largest property groups in 1987.
Peter's experience with a local agency and then a national brand inspired him to create an offer combining the best aspects of both. Fast forward to 1992 and Peter Large Estate Agents was born, which is now run alongside his wife Avril and an expert team across three offices.
Our vision has always been the same: apply our experience, expertise and intricate knowledge of the local marketplace to become the area's most trusted agent.
Whether a buyer, seller or developer, we combine decades of experience with contemporary technology and techniques to provide an unrivalled service to our customers. It's all underpinned by a feeling of trust and reputation in our local communities.
Peter has lived in North Wales for the best part of sixty years, during which time he has become deeply embedded in the fabric of those communities and built meaningful relationships with their residents. He has seen more than his fair share of homes, of course.
