    Rob Cuffe - Director
    Rob has been working in the residental property market for the past 20 years. He has been in sales for 25 years after spending 5 years working on the markets. This is where Rob knew he was always going to be in sales. After working his way up from office junior at a South Manchester agent to heading up the Property Management Department, managing over 1000 properties and 7 staff he took the leap to join Philip James in 2006 to assist with the vision to expand the company into the largest indepentant Estate Agent in Great Manchester. Over the past 11 years Rob has helped build the company from 15 staff to over 65 and from 300 managed properties to over 2000. Rob became a Director of Philip James in 2015.
