Since David Kinsley took over as resident partner he has used his wealth of Lettings experience and property law gained over the last 25 years in the industry along with his practical approach to expand the company, which now covers Billericay, Wickford and surrounding towns and being a Landlord himself thus ensures the most emphatic of services.

David Kinsley - Resident Partner
Starting his career in Estate Agency with a Chartered Surveying company David rapidly climbed the ladder of Management and obtained an exceptional pass mark in the Lettings Industries recognised exam in 2000 prompting much local and national press activity.
In the 2002 David was approached to become a Partner of Quirks with the aim of establishing and heading a Lettings Department to be proud of

Peter Hobbs - Property Manager
Like David, as a landlord himself, Peter appreciates landlords need good honest practical and proactive advice on the management of there properties. Peter is the first port of call for tenants with any maintenance queries. On assessing the matter Peter will generally visit himself to be able to give you his best advice on a solution. Peter also carries out inspections and renewal of contracts keeping the continuity between Landlord, Agent and Tenant.

Hayley Lewsey - Wickford Lettings Negotiator
Has been employed by Quirks for 14 years and having lived in Wickford all her life, she has built up many valued relationship with the local people and can quite confidently say she knows Wickford inside out. Having a wealth of sales and lettings experience Hayley is able to give very useful advice on Buy to Let investments and since becoming a Lettings negotiator has increased our 'Buy To Let' Landlord portfolio successfully. Hayley deals with all aspects of the Wickford Lettings Market from our prominent Wickford High Street Office.

Mark Bloyce - Billericay Lettings Negotiator
Mark joined the company in 2008 having gained experience with a Lettings Company based in Maldon. Under the guidance of David, Mark has been able to broaden his knowledge of property law and all other aspects of the business. Mark is the first port of call for all tenants wishing to rent in the Billericay and surrounding areas and his enthusiasm for the Town saw him move here in 2009.
Mark is very good at vetting these prospective tenants and then advising the landlords on their suitability. He is then responsible for setting up the new tenancies, ensuring they get of to a good start.

Sarah Hardy - Billericay Lettings Negotiator
Sarah joined the company back in 2002 after taking a brief career break, from previously working in the city, to have a family.
After Living in Billericay all her life we feel her local knowledge and previous work experience makes her an ideal member of the team and she has been able to put this to good use in a Lettings environment.
