David Kinsley - Resident Partner
Starting his career in Estate Agency with a Chartered Surveying company in 1985 David rapidly climbed the ladder of Management and obtained an exceptional pass mark in the Lettings Industries recognised exam in 2000 prompting much local and national press activity.
In the 2002 David was approached to become a Partner of Quirks with the aim of establishing and heading a Lettings Department to be proud of.
Sue Johnston - Property Manager
Sue has an amazing ability to communicate in a clear, honest, practical and proactive way on Tenancy/Property Management issues to ensure the day to day running of the Properties we oversee is undertaken to the highest of standards. Sue is the first port of call for tenants with any maintenance queries. Once she has assessed the situation she will progress all issues with great diligence and clarity.

Ian Turner - Billericay Lettings Negotiator
Ian joined the company in 2014 having gained vast experience with a Lettings Company based in Billericay and Basildon. Under the guidance of David, Ian has been able to broaden his knowledge of property law and all other aspects of the business. Ian is the first port of call for all tenants wishing to rent in the Billericay and any of the surrounding areas.
Ian is very good at vetting these prospective tenants and then advising the landlords on their suitability. He is then responsible for setting up the new tenancies, ensuring they get off to a good start.
