    Thomas | Founder & CEO
    For Thomas, presentation is everything. Having worked in corporate and independent estate agency since 1999, and running his first office at the tender age of 21, Thomas opened Ralph James in 2015. The intent behind the business was to bring the very best of marketing and services together, adding a unique edge of design and flair - from our shop, to our branding, and through everything we do.

    Back in 2011, when Thomas first came to work in Redhill and Reigate, he loved what he saw: Clearly Reigate was the traditional darling of the two towns - a beautiful and thriving place with a wonderful lifestyle, great shops and excellent schools, all surrounded by glorious countryside - but he was also struck by the variety and potential of Redhill, with its collection of neighbourhoods and villages, its incredible rail link to London and now, of course, the big plans for regenerating the centre.

    Thomas is a keen property developer himself, and his passion for property knows no bounds. From renovating his own home to selling yours, there is no limit to the high standards implemented.

    Katie | Head of Lettings and Property Management
    After attending Reigate College, Katie was keen to start her career as soon as possible. Working her way up from her first position as a Letting's Negotiator, to Appraiser and then Assistant Manager, Katie has now found her niche within Property Management.

    Having recently purchased her house in Horley, Katie found herself looking at the Ralph James office on her daily commute to work each day, drawn to the modern frontage and difference in design. As Katie's maternity leave ended, she jumped at the opportunity to join the team as Property Manager. Katie already feels part of the furniture and has settled very quickly, all thanks to our welcoming staff and clients.

    Katie presents the main point of contact for both Landlords and Tenants, and is responsible for Property Management and Accounts. In her spare time, you will find Katie enjoying fun days out with her two young sons, out with friends and family or relaxing at home.

    Originally from a small village in County Durham, Sam knew that he always belonged in the countryside rather than the hectic city life of London. He decided to take the plunge and offered on a property in Earlswood through Ralph James.

    Having the greatest introduction, Sam loved the way they operated - so much so that once he moved into his new place, he contacted Thomas and Ashley straight away for a chance to work at Ralph James. Having been in both sales and lettings for an independent London company since 2014, Sam knew that he could bring his knowledge and confidence to Ralph James.

    An integral part of the team for a few years now, Sam's knowledge of the Letting's market and the local area is obvious when in conversation with him.

    Sam joins Ralph James following a break in her career to be at home with her children - the reason she's so familiar with many of the local schools! 

    Having lived in Redhill for her whole childhood and into adulthood, Sam studied travel and tourism before working in the airport. Following her career break, and eager for a new challenge, Sam sought her new start in Estate Agency. 

    "And where better than Ralph James, as it's very close to my heart," she says, "I have loved to watch this brand grow over the past 7 years."

    Didi has always called Dorking home, loving the cozy charm of the town. Her entire school journey, from nursery to secondary, unfolded right here in Dorking. Later on, she didn't venture too far, finding herself at Reigate College.

    Work took her to Denbies Wine Estate, where interacting with diverse people and hearing their stories brought her immense joy. Always having an eye for property, Didi often found herself discussing and admiring houses. The idea of having her own place and designing it from online inspiration got her pretty excited. When Olivia offered her the chance to join Ralph James, Didi jumped at it without a second thought.

      Jackie | Head of Operations
      Jackie is a true Reigatian! She went to the 6th form college (a while ago!) and her children both went through schools in Reigate. Now, having lived in Reigate for many years, Jackie loves selling properties in a town she is so passionate about.

      Jackie's early career was within the BBC, working in departments such as Radio 4, Human Resources, Marketing and finally BBC Music where she was office manager for the teams at Radio 1, Radio 2, Top Of The Pops, Later With Jools and Glastonbury Festival Outside Broadcasts - to name but a few.

      After taking a maternity break, Jackie started a part-time job as an administrator for an estate agency - and never left! Over 14 years she worked her way up through the ranks to Assistant Branch Manager.

      Jackie has always admired the Ralph James Brand, their first-class marketing and modern, forward-thinking approach, and so was honoured to be offered the position of Sales Manager in Reigate.

      When she isn't working Jackie is always busy enjoying all that Reigate has to offer - from getting a coffee from local coffee shop The Chapel, to walking Pebbles (her gorgeous dog) in the park, socialising with friends in the local restaurants and bars or just chilling at home with her daughters.

      With more than 10 years in the business, Tom joins Ralph James for further career growth and to do things with a difference.

      Tom stepped into estate agency at the age of 18 following two years working in retail and hasn't looked back since. Following hard work and subsequent promotions, Tom left his last role as assistant branch manager. It's always been his goal to have his own branch.

      Tom grew up in Epsom, attending Glyn school in Ewell, and purchased his first home in the area two years ago. He'd like to relocate to the Redhill and Reigate area in the near future.

      You'll often find Tom playing football or watching his team play. Weekends are spent with friends and family, when not taking the opportunity to spend time by the coast.With a passion for property from a young age, selling homes allows Tom to meet plenty of different characters as well as pursuing his interest.

      One day, Tom would like to renovate or build his own home.

      Interspersed with a long career in the travel industry, Kelly has been an estate agent for over 6 years. For her, it's all about the why behind a client's motives.

      Outside of work, Kelly spends time with her young family in London, walking along South Bank or in the food markets. When weather interrupts exploring, she'll be at home crafting, swimming or at the cinema!
