    Joined Redwoods in 1986, bought the business in 1990. Over 30 years experience in property sales, rental and investments. A vast knowledge of property investment, development and building rental portfolios. Richard is always happy to give advice on your next acquisition. We have a large number of retained clients and successfully managed their portfolios.

    Having joined Redwoods as a Trainee Surveyor 16 years ago under the experienced wing of Richard Gradon, Chris has helped develop Redwoods into a leading Residential Sales/Letting Business in the Calderdale area. Chris gained a diploma in Valuation through the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) at the College of Greater Manchester and has a wealth of experience in Residential sales. Chris became in Partner in 2008 and now heads Redwoods Residential Department.

    Charlotte joined Redwoods in late 2011 bringing with her 10 years' experience in Conveyancing/legal knowledge, completing her Level 3 Diploma in Law in 2004.     OLIVER GRADON

    Trainee Valuer

    Oliver joined Redwoods in 2011 on a part time basis while studying for his A Levels. He was offered a full time position in September 2013 as a Trainee Surveyor also studying for a Degree in Estate Management. He intends to become a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS. Although Oliver is the youngster of the team at 19, he has moved house a total of a dozen times and seen many of his father's development projects. He looks after the internet banking and conducts the majority of accompanied viewings.
