    My husband and I founded the business in 1997. I am a qualified Chartered Surveyor specialising in Land Agency and in particular farming and equestrian property.       Efficient engagement from the moment we are appointed ensuring we are 'live' as quickly as possible but without compromising quality.

      Understanding your property completely, ensuring we have answers to all possible questions that might arise on viewing. This is the biggest bugbear of buyers when being shown property. The agent knows very little about the property, the area, the schooling, walks and other outdoor pursuits. We do.

      Absolutely focussing on the online presence. This is now the shop window for your property and needs to be taken very seriously with professional photography, large, readable floor plans, accurate location pin on the map, a downloadable brochure and compelling text.

      Regular reporting lines so that you know EXACTLY where the campaign has reached.

      Feedback within 24 hours of viewings but usually when returning to the office.

      A team of experts, all in one building, who between them cover all aspects of property means that any advice we give is collaborative and thoroughly considered.

      Our fees can be creative as we are independent and free from corporate shackles. We are prepared to be remunerated in a more performance related way than most. A lower base fee % but with a performance bonus if we do well or conceding some fees if we do less well...we'll be accountable for both. Many over-value to win business...we can't with this structure.

      Of course our clients would be nowhere without the buyers and by recognising this we believe we can expertly navigate the relationship between buyer and seller. It will be of no surprise to buyers though, that our role is to achieve the best result for the seller but this can still be achieved where the buyer is equally happy with their purchase.

      We make it our priority to learn as much about any property we are appointed to sell so that the experience for a prospective buyer is informative and allows for a sound judgement accordingly. We know that an agent that has the wrong keys and cannot answer basic fundamental questions about a property and the area in which it exists is frustrating and a bugbear.

      Not all of our properties list on line and so it is ALWAYS worth calling us as some of our clients are discreet and do not wish to have open marketing.
