    5 steps to renting with The Agency.


    1 FIND A PROPERTY

    Find a property using our property search or let us know what you're looking for and we'll do the search for you. We will qualify you over the phone for affordability and then book you in for viewings.


    2 AGREE TERMS

    When you find your perfect property we'll agree on terms and take a deposit of 1 week's rent to hold the property (this then comes out of your first month's rent).


    3 FILL IN YOUR APPLICATION FORM

    You fill in the full application form online and we check your references.


    4 PAY YOUR DEPOSIT

    When you pass these checks a deposit of 5 week's rent will be registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and you'll need to sign a contract. For some of our properties, the Reposit scheme is available as an alternative where tenants pay 1 weeks' worth of rent as a non-refundable Reposit fee. Please ask to see if this is available on your chosen property.


    5 COLLECT YOUR KEYS!

    On the day you move in you'll come to our city centre office to collect keys or, unlike many other agents, we will happily meet at your property to give you your keys and show you around your property and development!
