    Peter joined Unique having worked at other local estate agents, starting in 2011. He went to the University of Northumbria where he gained a degree in Building Surveying, and went to school locally at King Edward VII & Queen Mary School in Lytham (now known as AKS). Peter enjoys rugby and spending time with his family.

    Our property consultant James came to Unique from a local firm having worked in the industry since 2013. He holds a degree in Building Surveying attained at the University of Central Lancashire, and also went to school with Peter at King Edward VII & Queen Mary School in Lytham. James considers himself a bit of a movie buff and enjoys spending time with his wife & daughter and playing football in his spare time.

    I have just sold a house through Unique and feel compelled to right this review- something I don't often do.The team made, what could have been an extremely difficult time, a very positive experience. I mainly dealt with Dominica, Peter and James, who were lovely - professional, friendly and supportive. In fact all the staff gave extremely good customer service and ensured messages were passed on immediately. Their pricing structure was one of the cheapest I found in my area from a high street Estate Agent. I looked at online companies but wasn't impressed. Responses to telephone calls and emails were quick and efficient. I never felt at any time that my queries or worries weren't listened to and acted upon.Although two of my buyers fell through due to issues on their side, the transition to getting my details back online and new viewings in place was seamless and quick. From start to finish approx 5 1/2 months, which is pretty good going. I wish Unique every success with the new St Annes office and future growth in the area. If you want to be nurtured through, what can be, a stressful process, I would absolutely recommend Unique Estates.

I had my Buy to Let on with another estate agents for nearly a year at double the fees and they appeared to have no interest in selling it for me getting no viewings in more than 6 months so I chose Unique after a recommendation. Within a couple of months they had agreed a sale and not only for a price I was happy with but also with my tenant getting to keep his home which was my main priority. They are friendly, professional and keep in contact the whole time. They return your calls and emails and just generally made the whole thing a lot less painful for a very reasonable fee.
