    Richard brings a wealth of experience to Warren Powell-Richards Godalming, his Estate Agency career started in 1989 and he has guided 1000's of happy clients to find or sell their homes across Surrey and Hampshire. 
    Having previously worked in Guildford and Farnham, he is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of town and country properties including those in Godalming town centre, Charterhouse and village locations including Milford, Witley and Bramley. 
    Outside of work, Richard and his wife enjoy gardening, property refurbishment and travelling to different corners of the world. His daughter hasn't quite followed in her father's footsteps, she works for a local firm of Solicitors and is currently sitting exams for her legal qualifications.

Her interest in property continues to the present day, having organise the property makeovers of 2 houses and is currently working on improving her house in Godalming. When she is not working she enjoys visiting National Trust properties, performing with the Godalming Operatic Society and socialising with friends.
