    Simon has lived in the local area for more than 40 years, with a background in the property industry including overseas for over 25 years; he prides himself on the quality of service he gives to all his clients. 
    Simon regards Godalming as a town that stands head and shoulders above others for its above average quality of life and enjoys introducing quality tenants to all his clients, many recommending him to friends as a result. In his spare time, Simon enjoys time with his wife and two children, he plays percussion and is also a keen amateur cook, always to be found in the kitchen tinkering with strange and exotic ingredients in the hope of producing something palatable! A lifetime Leeds United supporter.

    Richard brings a wealth of experience to Warren Powell-Richards Godalming, his Estate Agency career started in 1989 and he has guided 1000's of happy clients to find or sell their homes across Surrey and Hampshire. 
    Having previously worked in Guildford and Farnham, he is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of town and country properties including those in Godalming town centre, Charterhouse and village locations including Milford, Witley and Bramley. 
    Outside of work, Richard and his wife enjoy gardening, property refurbishment and travelling to different corners of the world. His daughter hasn't quite followed in her father's footsteps, she works for a local firm of Solicitors and is currently sitting exams for her legal qualifications.

    Neil has lived in Godalming for more than 20 years and has worked as an estate agent in the town for most of that time. She has a family background in property; her father was an architect/surveyor and she often accompanied him around building sites to see new homes under construction. Her interest in property continues to the present day, having organise the property makeovers of 2 houses and is currently working on improving her house in Godalming. When she is not working she enjoys visiting National Trust properties, performing with the Godalming Operatic Society and socialising with friends.
