    One of the most beautiful towns in the region, Holt is an admired destination for its holidaymakers and local residents due to its high number of independent stores of which the town is fiercely proud. Holt is a very popular destination for discerning home-owners and is a thriving metropolitan market town, notable for its abundance of Georgian buildings.

    Holt is the seat of Gresham's School, a well known long-established public school founded in 1555 by Sir John Gresham, originally for boys only, it is now co-educational.

    Holt also has a station on the preserved North Norfolk Railway, 'The Poppy Line', of which it is the south-western terminus.

    The Holt office, located on the high street, has been an intrinsic part of the community for nearly 30 years and has presented some of the most prestigious homes in North Norfolk.

    Look out for the clock on the beautifully crafted bus shelter, presented by Watsons to the town, with the name preserved on the clock face. When Holt Country Park was created, John Watson also gave 10 acres to the local authority for the princely sum of £1.00!

    Anthony Burn MNAEA- Branch Manager 
    Anthony moved to Norfolk having worked for Hamptons Estate Agents in the greater London area of Wimbledon in the 1990's with the ambition of raising a young family in Holt, North Norfolk. 

    He has been in estate agency since 1985 having previously spent six years in Saudi Arabia. Anthony is very happy dealing with all aspects of general practice estate agency for both residential sales and lettings right across the board. He does also have quite a bit of experience in land & development, site assembly and development brokerage. And he has also dealt with the sale of leisure businesses, marinas and sports complexes.

    Julie is originally from Cromer, and still lives locally with her family. She also has strong historic connections with the town's renowned coxswain Henry Blogg.

    Olivia Reid - Negotiator 
    Olivia grew up and lived in Rutland where, with her husband, where they owned a successful commercial and residential property consultancy for over 20 years. They then moved to the south of France for a couple of years and in 2014 they returned back to the UK and moved to Norfolk in, knowing and loving the area from many previous holidays.

    Michala Strong - Negotiator 
    Michaela was born in North Norfolk and has spent most of her  life in the Glaven Valley. For many years she provided PA support to lawyers of varied legal backgrounds and finished up managing a small legal admin team supporting 30 commercial property conveyancers for Aviva Corporate Office (formerly Norwich Union). 

    Michaela had an exciting three year break living in the hills of southern Spain which made her appreciate the importance of community, relationships and family. When she moved to Blakeney, Estate Agency was not on the radar until she met Anthony Burn, Watsons Holt office branch manager and suggested she apply.
