The Town
Minehead is West Somerset's Premier Seaside Town often referred to as The Gateway to the Exmoor National Park given its unique position between Exmoor and the sea. The Town has a population of around 14,000 with a good range of local shops together with Golf, Sailing and Community Sports Centre. There are a varied range of architectural designs from Period property to Georgian houses from classic 1930's to good quality modern homes. There is a traditional town centre gardens walk with bandstand and sandy beaches.
