    Established in 2006 Wrights Residential have gone from strength to strength.     We market all of our properties extensively and have a large registration list containing details of hundreds of potential buyers currently searching for properties. We believe a proactive sales strategy is particularly important, and we will actively work hard to find a buyer for your property as quickly as possible. We are happy to accompany viewings 6 days a week and keep our Vendors updated with regular feedback and progress reports.

    We are qualified in the Sale of Residential Properties with a Technical Award through the National Association of Estate Agents, and we are also members of The Property Photography Academy. In addition to this we are members of the Property Ombudsman which requires us to follow a strict code of practice, giving our clients additional peace of mind.

    We offer afresh approach to Property Sales, charging a flat fee of 0.75% plus VAT and offer a No Sale, No Fee strategy. We do not charge any initial or hidden fees and we do not tie Vendors in to lengthy periods, we are confident that our Vendors will be happy with the high level of service that we offer and so we do not feel the need to do this.

    At Wrights we take presentation very seriously and it is our firm belief that Great pictures and floor plans sell property. In order for a property to achieve its full market value it is essential that it should be presented well and shown in its best possible light. We are members of The Property Photography Academy and our brochures include an unlimited number of professional photographs, as well as detailed and precise descriptions, floor plans and room measurements. These impressive brochures are emailed or posted to all matching buyers on our vast registration list as soon as a new property is advertised. Our properties are advertised on all of the major property websites including Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation, as well as our own website www.wrightsresidential.co.uk. We dispay high quality A3 window cards in our prominent High Street office window and also offer our catching For Sale boards.

    We beleive that the quality of our photograpy and the effort put into our brochures and advertising is unriveled in the local area.

    You can register your details and requirements with us either online, over the phone or in our office on Fore Street, Trowbridge. We will then email you details of all properties that match your requirements as soon as they come onto the market, or if you prefer we can post details to you.

    Viewings

    We usually carry out viewings at our available properties ourselves. Viewings are available from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays between 9am and 4pm. We ask our vendors to fill out a property questionnaire wherever possible which provides us with lots of useful information on hand during viewings.

    Making on offer

    Once you are ready to make an offer on a property we will contact the Vendor immediately to put your offer forward. We will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible with a response and will give you as much or as little guidance as you require throughout the process of negotiating an agreeable price.
