    Our fresh approach to Sales will mean you never have to commit to a lengthy tie in period; we are confident in the service that we offer and will always go out of our way to keep all of our clients happy. Should you wish to end your contract with us at any point all you would need to do is give us seven days notice in writing.

    We charge what we see as a fair amount for our services, our commission is currently 0.75% (plus VAT). Please do not think that a low price will mean a low level of service. This will not; and never will be the case with our Company. Although there are other Agencies offering low commission you will normally find that these are non-local, internet based Companies with very little local knowledge and will not offer a level of service comparable to ours, they will also normally charge an upfront fee, we do not!

    In the UK around 80% of house hunters now use the Web to start their search for property. We market all of our properties extensively online, including of course on the UK's number one property website Rightmove.co.uk. Rightmove has more than 80% of the market share of the top three property websites. This means your property will be seen by the largest online audience of home movers, giving you a better chance of selling quickly.

    We take a great deal of pride and care in creating eye catching brochures for all of our properties, which include numerous photos, detailed descriptions, room measurements, floorplans, maps and directions. These impressive brochures will help to show off your property to its full potential and entice potential buyers to view, whilst also helping to avoid wasting your time by carrying out viewings with Buyers to which your property would not be suited. They are available to download online, including on rightmove.co.uk and we keep a stock of brochures ready in our office for all walk in enquiries.

    Registration list

    Once you have instructed us to market your property for sale brochures are immediately emailed to all matching buyers on our registration list. We also operate a traditional mailing list to those applicants that prefer this option.

    Our available properties are also advertised on full colour A3 cards in the large display windows of our office.     Viewings

    We usually carry out viewings at our available properties ourselves. Viewings are available from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays between 9am and 4pm. We ask our vendors to fill out a property questionnaire wherever possible which provides us with lots of useful information on hand during viewings.

    Making on offer

    Once you are ready to make an offer on a property we will contact the Vendor immediately to put your offer forward. We will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible with a response and will give you as much or as little guidance as you require throughout the process of negotiating an agreeable price.
