Wye residential is High Wycombe’s newest Estate Agency, the brainchild of four local, like minded estate agents who have joined forces having recently left the two of the towns largest independent Estate Agencies, which have been taken over by large corporate organisations.
The partnership team is made up of Darrell Litchfield, Rob McKay, Steve Harnett and Sean Owen, combining 75 years of estate agency experience – with a true belief in good old fashioned agency principles – personal, professional service backed up by modern innovative technology and state of art IT solutions. The new Partnership has strong local ties with High Wycombe and the surrounding area – a town of which they are extremely proud – the new company, Wye Residential takes its name from the Wye River, which runs through the centre of High Wycombe. The river runs from high in the Chiltern Hills, through Wycombe on its way to Bourne End where it meets the River Thames, on the reach above Cookham Lock. – High Wycombe is reputed to have derived its name from the river.
