    We only work with responsible Landlords who take their commitments seriously.

    As such, we are members of SAL (The Scottish Association of Landlords) and LAS (Landlord Accreditation Scotland).

    Properties under our management comply with all current requirements and legislation.

    There are no tenant fees at Centrallets.com, you just pay your deposit and rent.

    We deal with maintenance issues in a prompt and responsible manner.

    Our detailed inventories serve to protect both tenants and landlords with regard to the return of security deposits at the end of tenancies. Tenants are only held responsible for dilapidations or damages if it is reasonable and fair to do so.

    Over the years many of our tenants whose property requirements have changed, choose to stay with Centrallets.com because of the service we deliver.
