North East London, with an overall average price of £599,103 was more expensive than nearby East London (£526,740), but was cheaper than North London (£837,686) and Central London (£1,705,172). The priciest area within North East London was Hackney (£706,170) and the least expensive was Waltham Forest (£546,484).
During the last year, sold prices in North East London were similar to the previous year and 4% up on 2021 when the average house price was £574,972.
