Wiltshire, with an overall average price of £348,341 was cheaper than nearby Bristol (County) (£393,314), Gloucestershire (£376,429) and Dorset (£406,890). The priciest area within Wiltshire was Crudwell (£820,000) and the least expensive was Tidworth (£231,498).
During the last year, sold prices in Wiltshire were similar to the previous year and 5% up on 2021 when the average house price was £332,339.
