The majority of sales in Apperley Bridge during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £356,016. Terraced properties sold for an average of £168,300, with semi-detached properties fetching £228,459.
Apperley Bridge, with an overall average price of £262,038, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Rawdon (£262,767) and Calverley (£265,558), but was more expensive than Idle (£177,992).
Overall sold prices in Apperley Bridge over the last year were 39% up on the previous year and 35% up on the 2011 level of £193,753.
