Most of the sales in Aspley over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £91,887. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £115,108 and detached properties averaged at £184,667.
Aspley, with an overall average price of £122,888 was more expensive than nearby Basford (£110,836), but was cheaper than Nottingham (£179,331) and Wollaton (£235,147).
In the past year house prices in Aspley were 8% up on the year before and 10% up on 2008 when they averaged at £111,300.
