Most of the sales in Aspley over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £103,133. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £132,404 and detached properties averaged at £235,147.
Aspley, with an overall average price of £151,798 was more expensive than nearby Basford (£124,681), but was cheaper than Nottingham (£191,155) and Wollaton (£262,412).
In the past year house prices in Aspley were 18% up on the year before and 36% up on 2008 when they averaged at £111,514.
