Last year most property sales in Beacontree Heath involved terraced properties which sold for on average £303,612. Flats sold for an average price of £220,447, while semi-detached properties fetched £323,676.
Beacontree Heath, with an overall average price of £291,715, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Eastbrook (£291,715), Dagenham (£297,211) and Dagenham East (£296,159).
During the last year, sold prices in Beacontree Heath were similar to the previous year and 16% up on 2015 when the average house price was £250,444.
