Last year most property sales in Bentley involved detached properties which sold for on average £789,571. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £539,700, while flats fetched £236,980.
Bentley, with an overall average price of £543,968 was cheaper than nearby Rowledge (£799,033), Crondall (£574,031) and Farnham (£585,459).
During the last year, sold prices in Bentley were 4% down on the previous year and similar to 2015 when the average house price was £553,164.
