The majority of sales in Bishop Sutton during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £385,925. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £291,542, with terraced properties fetching £293,500.
Bishop Sutton, with an overall average price of £333,490 was more expensive than nearby Clutton (£300,757), but was cheaper than Chew Magna (£597,077) and Chew Stoke (£566,077).
