The majority of sales in Bolton-Upon-Dearne during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £96,757. Terraced properties sold for an average of £74,635, with detached properties fetching £165,274.
Bolton-Upon-Dearne, with an overall average price of £108,144, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Goldthorpe (£107,093), but was cheaper than Wath-Upon-Dearne (£140,924) and Barnburgh (£152,184).
Overall sold prices in Bolton-Upon-Dearne over the last year were 14% up on the previous year and similar to the 2008 level of £106,161.
