Last year most property sales in Brandesburton involved detached properties which sold for on average £280,425. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £145,300, while terraced properties fetched £157,500.
Brandesburton, with an overall average price of £227,178 was more expensive than nearby Leven (£185,582) and Tickton (£201,270), but was cheaper than Arnold (£250,000).
