The majority of sales in Brentry during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £241,693. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £254,807, with flats fetching £201,413.
Brentry, with an overall average price of £241,264, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Southmead (£245,733) and Henbury (£253,180), but was cheaper than Westbury-On-Trym (£387,971).
Overall sold prices in Brentry over the last year were 11% up on the previous year and 28% up on the 2014 level of £188,026.
