The majority of sales in Bretherton during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £186,700. Detached properties sold for an average of £476,000, with semi-detached properties fetching £245,000.
Bretherton, with an overall average price of £263,050, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Croston (£261,058), but was more expensive than Much Hoole (£207,404) and Tarleton (£217,483).
