Most of the sales in Brighton Marina over the past year were flats which on average sold for £357,916. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £424,367 and semi-detached properties averaged at £340,119.
Brighton Marina, with an overall average price of £414,506, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Kemp Town (£398,009), but was more expensive than Brighton (£371,928) and cheaper than Ovingdean (£452,026).
In the past year house prices in Brighton Marina were 25% up on the year before and 36% up on 2013 when they averaged at £304,134.
