The majority of sales in Broughton during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £161,279. Detached properties sold for an average of £427,195, with semi-detached properties fetching £299,165.
Broughton, with an overall average price of £283,764, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Monkston (£285,800), but was cheaper than Milton Keynes Village (£491,250) and Middleton (£323,291).
Overall sold prices in Broughton over the last year were similar to the previous year and 12% up on the 2010 level of £254,368.
